Section 3: Establishment of the Review Committee Formation The Review Committee is hereby established to oversee the review and verification of the 2024 Multi-governmental Election results. The Committee shall consist of representatives from the national government, independent election observers, and experts in election integrity. Composition The Committee shall be composed of seven members, including: Three representatives from the national government. Two independent election observers. Two experts in election law and integrity.
Section 4: Review and Verification Process Data Collection The Review Committee shall collect all relevant data and documentation related to the 2024 Multi-governmental Elections, including voter lists, ballots, and election protocols. The Committee shall have the authority to request additional information from local election authorities as needed. Audit and Analysis The Committee shall conduct a thorough audit and analysis of the election data to identify any irregularities, discrepancies, or signs of fraud. The audit shall include a review of voter registration, ballot counting, and the overall election process. Public Hearings The Committee shall hold public hearings to gather input and testimonies from election officials, candidates, voters, and other stakeholders. The hearings shall be open to the public and conducted transparently to ensure accountability.
Section 5: Reporting and Recommendations Preliminary Report The Committee shall prepare a preliminary report summarizing its findings and initial recommendations within 60 days of its formation. The preliminary report shall be made available to the public and submitted to the national government for review. Final Report The Committee shall prepare a final report within 120 days of its formation, detailing its findings and providing recommendations for any necessary actions or reforms. The final report shall be made available to the public and submitted to the national government for review and action.
Section 6: Implementation of Recommendations Government Action The national government shall review the Committee’s final report and implement any recommended actions or reforms to address identified issues. The government shall ensure that measures are taken to strengthen the integrity of future elections based on the Committee’s recommendations. Follow-Up Review The Committee shall conduct a follow-up review six months after the implementation of recommendations to assess their effectiveness and make further suggestions if necessary.
Section 7: Review and Amendment This bill shall be reviewed periodically by the national government to ensure its effectiveness in reviewing and verifying election results. Amendments may be proposed and enacted as necessary to reflect changing conditions and requirements.
